Return and Exchange Policy

1. Tag Requirement: Do not cut the tag if you wish to return or exchange the item. Tags must be intact for any refunds or exchanges.
2. Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original packaging.
3. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, custom-made products, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Goods Return Shipping Cost  : Shipping fees of returning the goods should bear by customer own self.
